Terms & Guarantee:

Our jerkies are made-to-order. That means they are made fresh, and as such delivery times may vary depending on quantity of orders being processed, the size of the order, the shipping location and the method of shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Another shipping company can be used, however, any additional costs are paid by you, the customer. We guarantee you will love our jerky, or we will refund your money. At least 90% of the product must be returned and customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. At our discretion, we may choose to substitute an alternate flavor for one being returned reasons notwithstanding.


The jerky should remain fresh in its original vacuum-sealed (UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED) packaging for up to 3 months if stored in a cool, dry place such as your refrigerator, or up to 6 months if stored in the freezer (DISCLAIMER: Please make sure to properly defrost it before eating to avoid biting into frozen jerky. Likewise do not store jerky in your gym bag, hot car, etc.).


OUR GUARANTEE: Once the jerky has been opened, it must be kept refrigerated and you must consume it within 10 days. Why? We do not add additional preservatives* to our jerky, which makes for a fresher product. It usually doesn't last that long, anyway! Should the jerky go bad within ten (10) days after opening, we will replace it. Spoiled, uneaten jerky must be returned. Replacement will be on the amount returned (e.g. 5oz replaces 5oz, and so on.) Customer pays only return shipping and handling for spoiled product, new batch will be shipped for free.


You have 30 days from time of receipt to return the jerky (less shipping & handling) for the reasons stated above. After 30 days of receipt no refunds will be offered for any reason.

*The seasonings used in making your jerky may themselves contain preservatives.
